What is plym?

Can I try plym Cloud for free?
Yes. Every plym Cloud account starts with a 7-day free trial, and you do not need a card to begin.
Is plym reliable?
plym serves static files. There are no applications or databases in its way, so plym blogs are highly available.
With plym Cloud, we guarantee blog availability even when our servers are down. Your blogs stay online.
I am not getting near-perfect scores on a PageSpeed test.
There are only two reasons for that. Either you are not testing a blog page (a homepage or another non-blog page), or your template exceeds plym's performance budgets.

How do I add meta tags and JSON-LD schema to my posts?
You do not have to. plym takes care of these, and more.
Can I customise the template?
Yes. You can customise an existing template or build your own. Read the guide to creating plym templates.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. plym is built to help you build your brand and your domain authority. Go to Domains in the plym admin console to set yours up.
Can I point my plym blog at a subdirectory on my domain?
Yes, and many plym users already do. Under domain settings you can choose between blog.yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com/blog.
Can I migrate from WordPress or another platform?
Yes. Many of our customers already had a blog when they onboarded. If you need help with a migration, start a free trial and we will help you move it.
What is my password for the admin console?
If you are a root user, meaning you own the plym Cloud account, you have none. Authentication is passwordless and runs on your email, and the same identity signs you in to every admin console you own.
If you are ever logged out, sign in at cloud.plym.io with your email and click Admin console.
IAM users should ask their administrator to reset their password.
I am not seeing an option to create a new blog.
Every plym Cloud account comes with one blog subscription by default. Click Need more? to request additional blogs.
Who owns the content I write on plym?
You do. plym holds no rights over any content you write or publish.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can request your data at any time.
